If you’re in the market for luxury real estate in Spain, you’ll find the most exclusive streets spread across the Costa del Sol, Madrid, Barcelona, and Palma.
New data released by the real estate listing site Idealista show that homes on these streets come with price tags exceeding €7.5 million on average, making them some of the priciest areas in the country.

The Most Expensive Streets in Each Autonomous Community
While the top 10 streets are dominated by four regions, Idealista’s study also highlights the most expensive streets in each of Spain’s 17 autonomous communities. Aside from those in the top rankings, four other communities have streets where average home prices exceed €1 million:
- Canary Islands – €5.67 million
- Valencian Community – €4.05 million
- Basque Country – €2.01 million
- Cantabria – €1.07 million
On the more affordable end, Extremadura holds the title for the cheapest region, with its most expensive street priced at €465,867. Navarra follows at €486,500, and La Rioja at €503,336.

Study Methodology
Idealista based this study on the average price of all types of homes listed for sale (including apartments, studios, penthouses, chalets, etc.) on the same street. Only streets with at least 20 listings were included to ensure data accuracy, focusing on the overall street price rather than individual properties.
